Live management dashboards. Real-time portfolio reporting. We'd be glad to share more.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What happens if I miss a payment?+

Talk to your officer early and we work out a plan. We charge a small, disclosed late fee and never harass, threaten or shame borrowers. Every charge appears on your statement.

Do I need a land title as collateral?+

No land title is required for a bike loan — the bike itself is the security, plus one guarantor. Any collateral for a trade loan is explained by your officer upfront.

What are your interest rates and fees?+

Bike loans carry interest of 2.8% per month on a declining balance — so the interest you pay falls as your balance comes down. Every rate and fee is fixed and disclosed in writing before you sign, and shown on your repayment schedule. No hidden charges — ask your officer for the exact figure on your loan.

How long does approval take?+

Most applicants get a decision within 24 hours of the officer's visit. Funds or the bike follow shortly after approval.
